Fractional HR, done differently

More than fractional HR. An HR partnership.

Fractional and outsourced HR give you expertise without a full-time hire. An HR partnership gives you that, plus one senior HR leader who stays with you, knows your people, and owns the results. Your HR team, without the full-time hire.

Fractional HR, outsourced HR and HR partnership

    What is fractional HR?
Fractional HR means hiring an experienced HR professional part-time instead of a full-time employee. It's a good fit for companies that need senior HR guidance but don't have enough work, or budget, for a full-time HR leader.
    What is outsourced HR?
Outsourced HR means handing some or all HR work to an outside firm. That can be a PEO, an HR services company, or a consultant.
How is an HR partnership different?
An HR partnership is fractional HR built for the long term. You get the same flexible, senior expertise, but from one person who stays with you, learns the business and owns outcomes, with tools that keep everyone on the same page.
When does a company need a full-time HR hire instead?
Usually somewhere past 100 to 150 employees, or earlier if HR work fills a full week. We help clients plan that hire when the time comes, and many keep us on to support the new HR lead.
